BravoNation

Welcome to BravoNation!

Hi, everyone! For those of you who got invitations, congrats and thanks for helping us try out our Rough Draft, Bravoteer! For everyone else, you might try to bug your friends for invitations.

So what is BravoNation, you ask?

A Bravo is something either a website or individual gives to someone to recognize their achievements. For example, we might give you a Bravo for being the Most Diligent Blog Reader…

On BravoNation, people (we call our people Bravoteers) can send each other custom Bravos. You can even draw your own.

But what excites us even more is the ability for other websites or applications to use our API to give Bravos to their users. A reviews site can send a Bravo to a user who writes 5 reviews. A games site can send a Bravo when you've reached a level of a flash game. For applications that want to implement a user reward system, the possibilities really are endless.

As the logo suggests, this is still a rough draft. There's so much more we have to show you in the coming months but we couldn't wait to put BravoNation in your hands and have you playing with it. We hope you enjoy it.

If you have questions or comments, you can bug our team on our contact form or find us through the usual means:
Gordon Luk: fearless leader, hardcore code ninja, API
Kevin Cheng: experience design, gaming concepts
Ernie Hsiung: front-end, community
Nikhil Bobb: back-end, front-end, bringer of coffee
Ray McClure: flash, award creation

Bravo, you!
